About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software QA Engineer to lead our QA team in developing and implementing test strategies for our software products. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software through manual and automated testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases
- Lead a team of QA engineers in manual and automated testing efforts
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software functionality and requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Execute manual and automated tests, and document test results
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in test planning, design, and execution
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with software testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or JUnit
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
