About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Grand Plaza Hotel. This role involves greeting guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
