Responsibilities
- Execute 200+ covers nightly
- Maintain station mise en place
- Adhere to food cost targets
- Follow allergen protocols
- Clean equipment nightly
- Assist with inventory orders
- Train junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- 2+ years line cooking
- ServSafe certification
- Knife skills test required
- Evening/weekend availability
- Stand for 10-hour shifts
- Multi-tasking under pressure
- Knowledge of seafood preparation
