About the Role
Denver Community Action Network seeks a bilingual Outreach Coordinator to connect underserved populations with social services. Develop and implement programs that address local needs in the Denver metro area.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events
- Build partnerships with local organizations
- Conduct outreach to target populations
- Maintain program documentation
- Prepare grant reports and proposals
- Manage volunteer coordination
- Analyze community needs assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
- 2+ years community outreach experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license
- Grant writing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Denver community resources
