About the Role
MotorCity Manufacturing seeks entry-level Production Associates for our automotive parts facility. You’ll operate machinery, assemble components, and help maintain our just-in-time production flow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines with training
- Perform quality control checks
- Package finished products
- Maintain 5S workplace organization
- Follow safety protocols
- Meet daily production quotas
- Rotate through different stations
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours
- Willingness to work overtime
- Pass drug screening
- Steel-toe boots required
