About the Role
Support logistics operations at Southwest Distribution Center. You’ll process shipments utilizing RF scanners and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment and maintaining warehouse organization in our climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities
- Unload/Load trailers using dock equipment
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate stand-up forklift and pallet jack
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management
- Prepare shipping documents and labels
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Rotate through different warehouse stations weekly
Requirements
- 1+ year warehouse/logistics experience
- Comfort standing/walking entire shift
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Basic English literacy for order verification
- Forklift certification (or pass company training)
- Flexibility for early morning shifts starting 4AM
- No HS diploma required
