About the Role
Looking for skilled and experienced Welders to join our manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding components to create various products.
Responsibilities
- Weld metal parts, components, or assemblies together using various welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, such as ARC and MIG welders.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a welding program or apprentice training.
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (ARC, MIG, TIG).
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Valid certification for welding work, if applicable.
