About the Role
Lead the design and development of our microservices REST API, enhancing our platform’s scalability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-traffic API endpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers
- Regularly monitor API performance and optimize as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in API development
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform
