About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport goods to customers promptly and safely. The driver will maintain company vehicles, follow delivery routes, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods to customers in a timely manner
- Follow designated delivery routes and schedules
- Maintain company vehicles and report any maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
- Check and verify delivery documentation
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and routes
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate with the dispatch team and other drivers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages
- Basic map-reading and navigation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills for route planning
- Previous delivery experience preferred
