About the Role
Precision Metalworks seeks CNC Operators for aerospace component manufacturing. No prior CNC experience required – we provide 6-week training program. Night shift openings with differential pay.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload raw materials into Haas mills
- Perform basic machine offsets per QA specs
- Use micrometers and calipers for SPC checks
- Maintain 5S standards in work area
- Complete production logs in real-time
- Assist with tooling changes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude test required
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Comfort with basic math (fractions/decimals)
- Steel-toe boots and safety glasses
- Reliable transportation (no public transit access)
