About the Role
Lead technical projects for a fintech SaaS platform. Architect cloud-native solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive product innovation. 100% remote with quarterly team meetups.
Responsibilities
- Develop REST APIs using Python/Django
- Build responsive frontends with React/TypeScript
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (AWS/GitHub Actions)
- Conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap
Requirements
- 7+ years full stack development experience
- Expertise in Python and modern JavaScript
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Fintech background preferred
