About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst II to join our security operations team. In this role, you will monitor and analyze security threat activities, investigate security incidents, and support our incident response efforts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security threat activities and analyze network traffic
- Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Write reports on threat analysis and security incidents
- Collaborate with other security teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Participate in incident response efforts and support security drills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats in cybersecurity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems, such as Splunk or IBM QRadar
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
