Job Description
About the Role
Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and document patient conditions.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and document health status in charts.
- Assist with patient hygiene and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with RN and physicians to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Comply with all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Texas.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Conform to all healthcare regulations and policies.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
