About the Role
Join The Grand Resort Hotels as a Front Desk Agent at our downtown Miami location. Provide a world-class guest experience by efficiently managing check-ins/check-outs, resolving guest issues and promoting our hotel’s amenities. Collaborate with housekeeping and concierge to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and handle check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations through Opera PMS system
- Upsell room upgrades, spa services and restaurants
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle overnight reservations and assist with concierge requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at reception area
- Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality/front desk
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fluent in Spanish + English preferred
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and booking systems
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
