About the Role
Dynamic Retail Store Manager needed to lead our flagship location. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll
- Train and develop team members

- Monitor inventory and ordering

Requirements
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Inventory management experience
- High school diploma (degree preferred)
