About the Role
Join our patient-centered nursing team at Evergreen Health Center. As a CNA, you’ll deliver compassionate care by assisting patients with daily activities while following clinical protocols. Gain hands-on experience and develop your healthcare skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks
- Monitor vital signs and record patient data
- Help nurses with clinical procedures
- Report patient conditions changes
- Maintain clean workspace following infection control policies
- Stock supplies and assist with patient ambulation
- Prepare equipment between procedures
- Deliver basic patient comfort care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- 1+ years healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Basic life support (BLS) certification from accredited program
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaborative nursing teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Empathy and compassion for patient care
