About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and individual feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom events
- Participate in teaching workshops and curriculum development activities
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share resources and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification for Elementary Education
- 1-3 years of classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools
