About the Role
Produce precision components using CNC equipment in our aerospace supply factory. Operate machinery, perform quality checks, and maintain production records for critical aviation parts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes/mills
- Perform first article inspections
- Adjust machine parameters for specifications
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain tooling and report maintenance needs
- Follow blueprints and engineering drawings
- Conduct quality checks using measuring tools
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols
Requirements
- Technical degree or 3+ years machining
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read GD&T drawings
- Precision measurement tool familiarity
- Physical stamina for 10-hour shifts
- Mathematical aptitude
- Knowledge of cutting tools/speeds
- Attention to detail and safety
