About the Role
Join Heritage Health as a CNA providing compassionate care to our rehabilitation patients. You’ll work alongside nursing staff to deliver essential daily living assistance, monitor patient conditions, and maintain a therapeutic environment. This position plays a vital role in our patients’ recovery journeys and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Observe patient condition changes
- Document care in electronic health records
- Assist with meal service and feeding
- Respond to call lights promptly
- Maintain clean and safe patient areas
Requirements
- State CNA certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong observational abilities
- Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Experience in clinical settings
