About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for young students. Responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess and document student progress and learning outcomes
- Establish and maintain classroom management procedures
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Participate in professional development and school events
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification for elementary education
- 1+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of child development and teaching methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Patience and ability to work with diverse learners
- Background check clearance
