About the Role
Join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator at Precision Manufacturing Inc. You’ll set up and operate metal cutting machines, monitor production quality, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers and lathes according to engineering drawings and prints
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor parts production for quality and ensure adherence to specifications
- Load and unload materials, and palletize finished parts
- Collaborate with team members to meet production quotas and minimize downtime
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in manufacturing or a related field (3+ years)
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
