About the Role
Join our healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide patient-centered care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses and doctors
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to senior staff
- Perform routine procedures such as administer medications, dress wounds, and record patient information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
- LPN degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
