About the Role
Provide FP&A support for a fintech startup, driving forecasting accuracy and strategic decision-making. Partner with department heads to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly P&L analysis
- Develop 3-year financial models
- Analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC)
- Support Series C fundraising
- Automate reporting processes
- Present to executive leadership
- Evaluate M&A opportunities
Requirements
- MBA in Finance preferred
- 3+ years FP&A experience
- Expertise in SQL/Tableau
- Venture capital ecosystem knowledge
- GAAP proficiency
- Advanced Excel modeling
- Seed-to-IPO lifecycle experience
