About the Role
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you’ll design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models to enhance our predictive analytics capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Your work will directly impact our product’s intelligence layer, driving innovation in real-time decision systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-ready ML models using TensorFlow/Kubernetes
- Optimize algorithms for performance across distributed systems
- Design A/B testing frameworks to measure model efficacy
- Mentor junior engineers in ML best practices
- Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous model iteration
- Partner with data engineers on feature store development
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- 5+ years production experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Expertise in Python, Scala, or Julia
- Proven record deploying ML models at scale on AWS/GCP
- Strong grasp of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with CUDA optimization or high-performance computing
