About the Role
Provide essential patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant at our rehabilitation facility. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing team. Make a direct impact on patient recovery and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and position changes
- Serve meals and assist with feeding
- Document patient observations and care provided
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
- Support nursing staff with medical procedures
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Arizona
- CPR/BLS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility for day/night shift rotations
