About the Role
Provide patient-first care as a Family Nurse Practitioner at New Hope Family Clinic. Work closely with our physicians to monitor and improve the quality of life for a diverse patient base. You’ll diagnose, prescribe, and create individual care plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams and patient interviews
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Design individual treatment plans
- Counsel patients on health management
- Ensure accurate and thorough patient record management
- Collaborate with other professionals to support holistic healthcare
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Current RN and FNP licensure
- 3+ years nursing in family or urgent care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
