About the Role
As an LPN at Oakbridge Retirement Living, you’ll provide primary healthcare services to our residents. Your role will focus on routine medical care, medication management, and collaboration with medical teams to ensure resident well-being.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and health status
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility
- Document health observations and communicate changes to supervising RN
- Collaborate with external physicians for patient assessments
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care as needed
Requirements
- Current LPN license in state of Texas
- 2+ years clinical experience in senior care
- BLS Certification required
- Effective communication skills
- Empathy and patience with elderly residents
- Attention to detail
