About the Role
Our pharmacy team is looking for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to assist in preparing and dispensing medications to customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and label medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medications
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on prescription assistance programs
- Update patient profiles and maintain accurate records
- Restock inventory and keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
