About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and implement curricula based on state standards
- Encourage critical thinking through experiments and projects
- Prepare students for state and national exams
- Maintain accurate student records on attendance and performance
- Mentor students in academic achievement and personal growth
- Collaborate with parents to support student success at home
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Science
- State teaching certification
- 1+ years teaching experience in middle school
- Strong interpersonal skills and classroom management
- Commitment to student-centered instruction
Benefits
- $40,000 – $60,000 annually based on experience
