About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure guest satisfaction. The manager will lead the front office team and collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front office team
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for guests
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist with the preparation and management of reservations
- Monitor and maintain front office equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality service
- Prepare and analyze front office reports and statistics
- Train and develop front office staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a front office manager role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software and systems
- Knowledge of revenue management practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- First aid and safety certification is a plus
