About the Role
We are hiring a Public Safety Officer to ensure the safety and security of our community. This role involves patrolling, responding to incidents, and promoting public safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance
- Enforce local laws and regulations
- Prepare incident reports and documentation
- Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed
- Engage with the community to promote safety
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security or public safety preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
