About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Public Safety Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our community, responding to emergencies, and enforcing local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance
- Enforce local laws and regulations
- Conduct investigations and file reports
- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies
- Provide community outreach and education
- Maintain order during public events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in law enforcement or public safety
- Completion of a police academy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
