About the Role
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate patient care. You’ll work under RN/MD supervision, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with daily living activities. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with wound care and specimen collection
- Collaborate with healthcare team on care plans
- Document patient care accurately in EHR system
- Educate patients and families on care techniques
- Maintain clean and safe patient environment
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility for day/evening shifts
