Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and maintain a positive attitude
- Assist shoppers by providing product information
- Operate cash registers and process transactions
- Stock shelves and maintain orderly displays
- Implement loss prevention strategies
- Collaborate effectively with other associates
- Handle phone inquiries during busy periods
- Restock inventory from backroom deliveries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Proficiency using POS systems
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Willingness to undergo background check
