About the Role
We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide prompt and courteous service
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately using the hotel’s PMS
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and book reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accuratelley
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
