Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide prompt and courteous service
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately using the hotel’s PMS
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and book reservations
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions accuratelley
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using hotel property management systems
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
