About the Role
We are hiring a Parks Maintenance Worker to help maintain and improve our community parks. This role involves landscaping, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and take pride in public service.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Maintain park equipment and facilities
- Remove litter and debris
- Operate maintenance equipment safely
- Assist with set-up for park events
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic equipment operation skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
