About the Role
Oversee security operations for a fintech unicorn protecting 10M+ user accounts. Lead incident response, threat hunting, and compliance initiatives while shaping security strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage 24/7 SOC team
- Conduct penetration testing
- Implement Zero Trust architecture
- Audit cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Develop employee security training
- Coordinate with legal on compliance
- Review vendor security protocols
Requirements
- CISSP or CISM certification
- 8+ years in cybersecurity roles
- Expertise in FedRAMP/SOC 2 compliance
- Proficiency with SIEM tools
- Experience with blockchain security
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
