Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on talent acquisition and retention
- Lead employee relations and conflict resolution

- Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
