About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our healthcare analytics team. You will leverage cutting-edge data science techniques to analyze large-scale healthcare data and develop predictive models that drive better patient outcomes. This role involves collaborating with medical professionals, data engineers, and other stakeholders to identify trends, optimize operations, and improve healthcare delivery. Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive models and algorithms to analyze healthcare data.
- Develop data-driven insights to optimize patient care and reduce costs.

- Work with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to validate model performance.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare analytics and data science.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with expertise in healthcare analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with healthcare datasets, including EHR, claims, and clinical data.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
