About the Role
Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods between our warehouses and customers. Ensure timely and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule transportation routes and shipments
- Monitor shipment progress and update customers on delivery status
- Resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner
- Validate and process documentation related to shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in logistics or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and transportation management software
