About the Role
Join our engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our scalable, secure, and high-performing back-end services, APIs, and databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new back-end services and microservices
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to other engineers
- Debug and optimize existing systems and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in back-end development
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or a similar role
- Expertise in back-end programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js)
- Solid understanding of databases, SQL, and NoSQL systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
