About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service at our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and attend to their needs in a timely manner
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in guest management software preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
