About the Role
Summit Hospitality Group seeks a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations of a 150-room property. Lead front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage occupancy rates
- Optimize revenue management
- Resolve guest complaints
- Conduct staff training
- Coordinate with vendors
- Monitor safety compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years hotel management
- Revenue management experience
- P&L responsibility
- Hospitality degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
