Join our remote customer care team empowering patients with innovative medical devices. Your empathy, technical skills, and problem-solving create positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries via phone/email/chat
- Assist with troubleshooting device malfunctions
- Manage order processing and shipping follow-up
- Log tickets in our CRM system for escalation
- Provide basic technical setups for new customers
- Contribute to positive community engagement
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 6+ months previous customer service experience
- Home office setup with reliable internet connectivity
- Comfortable working independently while meeting benchmarks
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Flexibility for shift rotations if applicable
