Job Description
About the Role
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems for Seasons Comfort Solutions. Perform system maintenance, component replacement, and customer consultations. Maintain service documentation and uphold safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC system diagnostics and repairs
- Perform seasonal maintenance on furnaces and AC units
- Recommend system upgrades for efficiency improvements
- Document service activities with digital work orders
- Maintain EPA refrigerant management compliance
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation
- Provide customer education on system operation
Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification required
- 3-5 years HVAC field experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- NATE certification preferred
- Ability to solder, braze, and weld HVAC components
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused communication abilities
