Be the welcoming face of Pacific View Hotel through guest check-ins, reservations, and concierge services. You’ll resolve inquiries while ensuring seamless arrivals/departures for tourists visiting San Diego. Gain hospitality experience with advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Process payments accurately
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Promote hotel amenities/services
- Coordinate housekeeping requests
- Handle reservation modifications
- Provide local area recommendations
- Maintain guest record confidentiality
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous hospitality experience
- Opera PMS proficiency preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts
- Customer service focus
- Cash handling expertise
