About the Role
Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent where you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel. You’ll check guests in/out, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure memorable stays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in arriving guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Manage room reservations and assignments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Address guest requests and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
