About the Role
We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and drive sales in our store. The ideal candidate will be friendly, knowledgeable about our products, and able to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection
- Process transactions at the register
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic math and computer skills
