About the Role
We are seeking a professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
- Process payments and handle guest requests
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle reservations and updating guest records
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with property management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
