About the Role

We are seeking a professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Process payments and handle guest requests
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Handle reservations and updating guest records
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
