About the Role
Welcome guests and clients as a Front Desk Receptionist, providing excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests and visitors, and directs them to appropriate staff or departments
- Answers and transfers telephone calls, taking messages as needed
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and employee directories
- Assists with general office tasks, such as filing, mailing, and copying
- Provides general information about the company and its services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other relevant software
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
